Arnold Yhip has over thirty years experience in domestic and international banking operations. Arnold has in-depth experience in process re-engineering and operational management. He has spent the past ten years in senior positions at two major Canadian banks, successfully designing and implementing sales and service processes. Currently, he works with small to medium-sized financial services firms in Canada and the Caribbean as an advisor on productivity and service quality initiatives.
